德国和中国互联城市
城市化与城市发展德中交流研讨会
柏林工业大学2018年8月13日至17日
本次„德国的中国的互联城市“研讨会的目标是召集在德国和中国的城市化与城市发展领域有相关经验的学者与工作者。本研讨会将从城市的社会、科技与经济方面着手，重点探讨一座城市在时间，空间以及伦理上受到的挑战。并且希望能够借此更好地去理解目前互联城市所面临的诸多问题。
具体的话题和提议包括：城市在技术、社会、城市设计、经济、流动、政府、历史、能源或生态等方面遇到的挑战。进一步的论题还会涉及到数字化（智慧城市），本地商务性社交, 城市内部与城乡之间的社交网络，正规与非正规领域之间的相互依存，旅客的多式联运输，邻里间互惠关系的加强与弱化，城市与自然之间的空间相互作用，权力的分配与参与问题等等。
本次研讨会由URBANI[XX]——城市化与城市发展德中校友会组织。URBANI[XX]的宗旨是促进与加强科研单位、企业与政府之间在城市化与城市发展领域的联系。通过建设可持续的合作机制和科研合作关系网来增进两国的发展，使两国共同受益。
本研讨会为期五天，将于2018年8月13-17日在柏林工业大学举行。除了学术报告与讨论以外还会安排一些参观游览等其它形式的活动。会议上的工作语言是英语和德语。

您来自德国或者中国，并且是柏林工业大学或任何一所德国大学的校友吗？如果您符合以上条件，我们将很高兴收到您有关德国或者中国城市议题的论文。所有与会者将在会上做一个20分钟的报告。请申请人将自己的姓名、邮箱、所属机构、简短的自我介绍以及自己论文的题目和摘要（不超过三百词，英语）一并发送到：urbanixx@china.tu-berlin.de。提交申请的截止日期为2018年4月15日。入选的申请人将于2018将于5月15日收到通知。
本次研讨会可为20位德国或者中国的与会者在一定范围内报销交通与住宿的费用。研讨会上提交的论文将有机会在URBANI[XX]期刊上发表。详细信息请见：

Call for Papers
The Interconnected City in Germany and China
Sino-German Workshop on Urbanization and Urban Development
13–17 August, 2018 at the Technische Universität Berlin
The workshop “The Interconnected City in Germany and China” aims to bring together scholars and practitioners from the fields of urbanization and city development who have relevant experience in both Germany and China. The workshop will discuss a variety of sociological, technological, and economic aspects related to the city by highlighting spatial temporal and ethical challenges in the urban sphere. In doing so, the workshop will increase understanding of the current challenges of the interconnected city.
Specific topics and approaches may include: challenges in technology, society, urban design, economics, mobility, government, history, energy, or ecology. More specific topics may address, e.g., digitalization (smart cities), local business networks, social intra-urban- and rural-urban networks, the interdependencies of the formal and informal spheres, intermodal passenger transport, reciprocity of improving and declining of neighborhoods, spatial interactions within the natural, questions of power distribution and participation, etc.
The workshop is organized by URBANI[XX], the German-Chinese Alumni Network on Urbanization and Urban Development. The intention of URBANI[XX] is to promote and strengthen the network of science, business, and politics within the fields of urbanization and urban development. Thereby the encouragement of sustainable cooperation structures and research networks will strengthen and mutually benefit both countries.
The five-day workshop will be held at the Technische Universität Berlin from 13-17 August, 2018. In addition to participants’ contributions, excursions and other activities will be offered. The working languages of the conference are English and German.
Submission
Are you alumni of the Technische Universität Berlin or any other German University and of German or Chinese background? Then we would like to see your papers addressing both countries’ urban topics. Each participant will be asked to contribute a 20-minute presentation to the workshop group. Applicants should submit the paper’s title and abstract (no more than 300 words, in English) along with the applicant’s name, email address, institutional affiliation, and a short biography to: urbanixx@china.tu-berlin.de. The deadline for submitting proposals is 15 April, 2018. Selected participants will be notified by 15 May, 2018.
Limited reimbursement for travel and accommodation expenditures will be available for 20 participants from Germany and China. Papers presented at the workshop will be considered for publication in the URBANI[XX] journal. For further information, visit us at:
