The online application for INSA-Toulouse (autumn semester (September/mid-January) and full academic year (September/June) will be officially open on March 2nd until April 2nd.

The students have to follow these two steps:
Step 1: Apply online via https://incoming.insa-toulouse.fr/
Step 2: Upload the complete file to finish their application via https://pre-incoming.insa-toulouse.fr/
Please take note of the following information:
- ACCOMODATION
Please read the paragraph "accommodation" in the Fact Sheet (see attached file).

- CENTRAL REGISTRATION
For administrative registration and the welcome sessions, all students must attend one collective session during the 4th week of August (probably on Tuesday 23rd August, 2016) in Amphi. Fourier.
The dates and places will be confirmed by email.
- INSURANCE
It is mandatory for the students to have a civil liability and accommodation insurances when they arrive or within one week after the arrival.
- LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS
Every student will be requested to have a minimum level of French in order to be admitted as an exchange student at INSA-Toulouse if they took courses in French (the recommended level is B1 for scientists and C1 classes for certain courses of Humanities Centre).
