Prof. Dr. phil. Ulrich WENGENROTH，德国慕尼黑工业大学教授，长期从事科技史的研究，2012年创建慕尼黑社会技术中心(Munich Center for Technology in Society,MCTS), 重点研究innovation culture in Germany, the cultural dimension of technology and cultural differences in consumer goods.
