报名通知:中欧LEAD2青年学术领导力培训项目2022年春季班
同济大学于2019年受邀加入中欧LEAD2项目(执行期:2019年至2022年)。该项目关注高等教育能力建设,旨在加深中欧双方对大学治理和学术领导力的理解,提升学术领导者和潜在学术领导者的知识与能力。比利时布鲁塞尔自由大学为主要协调单位,中欧双方各有6所高校参与。
在中欧LEAD2项目框架下,“青年学术领导力培训项目2022年春季班”将于3月28日至5月26日举办,期间将面向来自中欧各校青年学者开展7个模块的免费培训(全程使用英语),顺利完成者将获得结业证书。
该培训项目已启动报名程序,每个学院可推荐不超过2名青年学者(青年教师、科研人员、博士后、博士生;参加过2021年秋季班的青年学者也可报名)。感兴趣者请于3月9日17:00前向所在学院外事秘书报名,填写报名表,并由学院统一推荐。

LEAD2 Young Academic Leadership Blended Training program Spring Class is open for registration!
LEAD2 Young Academic Leadership (YAL) Training program is jointly organised by the LEAD2 partnership including 12 higher education institutions (Vrije Universiteit Brussel, University of Vienna, Universidade Nova De Lisboa, Aarhus University, Silesian University of Technology, Middle East Technical University, National Academy of Education Administration, Beijing Normal University, Tongji University, Guangxi Normal University, China University of Geosciences & Yunnan Normal University).
Are you interested in improving your leadership skills as an academic member or academic leader in higher education? The LEAD2 Young Academic Leadership Training program aims to provide you knowledge & insights about leadership theories and leadership styles in higher education; moreover, it focuses on bringing together academic leadership experiences from stakeholders in different higher education settings. The main themes include the digital transformation of higher education, leadership theories and styles, academic leadership practices in higher education, challenges of young academic leaders, and innovative strategies and growth paths, as well as peer coaching &networking-based academic leadership development.
The training program focuses on the connections between key theories and academic leadership practices. A special emphasis is given on the sharing of experiences and academic leadership development through peer learning and improvement!
The training program is composed of online real-time interactive classes, complemented by learning on MOOC platforms and F2F exchanges, workshops and building of academic networks.
The training program main target groups include:
Higher education academic staff, middle level or young academic leaders, young scholars and lecturers, researchers (such as post-doc, doctoral researchers, post-graduate students); a main focus can be given to faculty members or researchers from English Department/Foreign languages faculty, or offices of international affairs/international cooperation.
Requirements for joining in this program:
You are passionate to develop your academic leadership skills, you are an academic member in higher education, you have either teaching, research and/or leadership experience in higher education, or you are in the process of developing your academic competence & leadership skills.

LEAD2Young Academic Leadership Training program 2022 Spring class funding mechanism:
1) For confirmed registered participants, all training lectures & online learning sources are free of charge.
2) For module 7 (the F2F exchange sessions& gradation), the funding will be based on the evaluation of the participation in Module 1-6. The evaluation method will be communicated at the start of the program. Participants from LEAD2 partner institutions who meet the requirements of the evaluation can be funded for the travel and accommodation costs for joining the F2F exchange sessions and graduation ceremony.
3) All successful participants will receive the Certificate for the YAL training program free of charge.
LEAD2Partners
Number of participants:
·For each partner institution, 8-10 registration places are
available;
·For each partner institution, academic staff or members with various functions (professors/lecturers, researchers/post-doc/doctoral researcher or related members) can apply;
·Other higher education institutions networked or related to the partner institutions can also apply; the application goes via the partner contact persons. The number of registrations is included in the total of 8-10 places for each partner.
Registration requirements:
1) Fluent English communication is required for the applicants.
2) The applicant is an academic staff, researcher, or post-doc/doctoral researcher, or exceptionally at least a post-graduate student (with very promising academic future) from the partner institutions or related/connected higher education institutions.
3) The application will follow the principle of ‘first come first served’ principle as long as the minimum requirements are met; however, each partner institution can make a screening based on the background of academic experience or academic leadership experience, if the total number of applications is higher than 10 for each partner.
